Like billions of football fans, I also enjoy a lot the world-cup every 4 years, although sometime I wonder how many world-cup games I can see in my life, anyway! Besides enjoying those magic movements, I can not stop thinking what kind of legs these star players have? The same legs like ours? The same maybe , but totally different content, I think! These people can run 90 minutes full speed, crashed lying on ground like dying and after few minutes standing up and keep on running! Most of us can not even run 30 minutes slowly, I guess! I try to think about why and the memory brings me to the time of sitting. The time sitting in car, on office chair, ....... I am amazing to find that I can even calculate how many STEPS I walk a day: -from house to car 20 steps -from company parking to office 15 steps -walking in company 100 steps -office to car park 15 steps -car park to house 20 steps total 170 steps a day!!! After 10-20 years like this office life, I find my leg can´t even stand 20 minutes without feeling tired! There are two kinds things: -the more you use, the less left such as money, time, etc... -the more you use, the more comes such as legs, brains, etc. I think our legs are the thermometer of our health! What is your legs telling about your health? |
