營養師揭「周潤發糖尿病飲食方針」!4食物優先選加強控糖、不讓胰臟過勞 優先選擇食物 高纖食物:菇類、海帶、小番茄 膳食纖維可延緩餐後血糖急速上升,有助穩定血糖。營養師建議吃飯也可以先吃菜、再吃肉、最後吃飯更有助於穩定血糖哦。

低GI食物:全麥麵包、燕麥、奇異果 低GI食物因為醣份吸收速度較慢,所以血糖波動較小,優先選擇低GI食物可以幫助血糖平穩。

使胰島素適量分泌也可以減少胰臟運作的負擔。 優質油脂:橄欖油、堅果、深海魚 適量攝取健康油脂,例如植物油、魚油等等。

含豐富單元不飽和脂肪,可降低體內壞膽固醇,有助於降低罹患心血管疾病的機率。 含鉻食物:花椰菜、苦瓜、牛肉 鉻是一種天然礦物質,也是人體無法自行合成的重要營養素,參與了胰島素調控血糖,幫助醣類正常代謝。

這些要少吃 含鹽量高食物:例如炸物、醃漬物、加工肉。鈉含量過高,易增加身體血管負擔,可能使糖尿病惡化或引起慢性腎臟病。

甜食含糖飲料:易導致血糖上升,且精緻甜點的油脂含量高,會增加罹患心血管疾病的機率。 酒類:空腹飲酒易導致血糖驟降,可能造成生命危險而飯後飲洒,易致血糖飆升,不利控制血糖。
