強烈磁暴來襲 地磁擾動增強 氣象署發布磁暴特報 23:00起影響54小時

中央氣象署今天2024.10.10.發布磁暴特報，預期行星際環境條件變化劇增，可能短暫達到強烈磁暴等級；地磁擾 根據氣象署網站，「地球磁場擾動－磁暴」因太陽表面活耀區於9日發生X1.8級閃焰，伴隨產生顯著的日冕物質拋射事件（CME），預期於10日晚間至11日，通過近地太空環境，造成行星際空間中的太陽風風速及密度明顯增加。

氣象署指出，依據美國國家海洋暨大氣總署（NOAA）WSA-Enlil模式資料分析，預估地磁擾動將有明顯增強，並持續影響約54小時，最大規模可能短暫達到強烈磁暴等級（Kp=8+,G4）。

氣象署提醒，預估影響管線電流，將對預防設計起作用，高頻無線電通訊干擾，衛星定位準確率下降達數小時，低頻無線電通訊中斷，極光活動最低可發生在磁緯45度的地區。

另外，於高緯度地區電力系統，有機會導致大規模的電壓控制系統與保護系統的問題，造成電力輸送網的系統誤判；太空飛行器操作系統，可能導致表面導電及追蹤問題，飛行器姿態需要進行修正。
