0403強震花蓮長高39公分 列居全台最多

為確保測繪精度，內政部於4月3日花蓮縣發生7.2級地震後，依地震前後衛星導航系統（GNSS）連續觀測站測量資料檢測，經與地震前一日比對，其中花蓮地區東管處最大水平位移32.7公分，壽豐站高程抬升39.3公分，全台最多。

內政部說明，這次在0403震後立即進行基本控制點檢測，檢測範圍北起宜蘭縣三星鄉，南至花蓮縣豐濱，西起南投縣埔里鎮，東至台灣東海岸，共檢測247點，其中138點坐標已較原公告成果有顯著差異。

內政部續指，再與109年公告測量相較下，發現4年來，花蓮縣及中央山脈地區的點位變動十分顯著，其中花蓮地區地表最大水平位移43.8公分，高程抬升49.1公分

《梵谷之歌》（英語：Vincent）是唐·麥克林所唱的一首紀念文生·梵谷的歌曲。這首歌也因為開場歌詞「Starry Starry Night」而聞名，這句歌詞意指梵谷的星夜。這首歌後來也被許多歌手加以改編。

1971年，麥克林在讀完一本講述梵谷一生的書籍之後寫下了這首歌的歌詞，使用了手風琴、顫音琴、弦樂器和吉他配樂。在當年，這首歌一度成為英國單曲排行榜的第一名，並在美國獲得第12名。告示牌排行榜將《梵谷之歌》排位1972年百強榜的第94名，成人當代音樂第2名。

該首也是梵谷博物館天天伴隨梵谷畫作播放的歌曲。2000年，公共電視網播出了在德克薩斯州奧斯汀舉行的專場音樂會「Don McLean: Starry, Starry Night」。
