「 結與劫 」
人這輩子，總會做錯一些事，或者錯過一些人，再或者受一些傷害等等，所以我們才有了後悔和遺憾，以及怨恨。
 可是，不管是後悔，遺憾，還是怨恨，如果一直存在心中，就會形成一個結，然後變成你的劫，讓你的內心难受，除非你能夠釋然。
 心中的結，是自己種下的因所結的果，而這個果，不好吃，很難吃，但只有吃下去了，將它消化掉，你才能徹底解開心中的結。
 你的結，就是你的劫，你想解開心中的結，渡完人生的劫，這一切，只能靠你自己去修煉，去領悟，去想通。
 人生沒有過不去的坎，只有解不開的結，因為你不願意面對，你害怕，你退縮了，所以，心中的結，一直都在。
 其實，這個世界，沒有誰和你過不去，也沒有誰為難你，如果你覺得有，那是因為你給了他們機會，你在乎了，你在意你不夠強大。
 心若不動，風又奈何，你若不傷，歲月無恙，你所有的結，皆因你心動了，你裝的東西，讓自己心裡難受。
 往後餘生，希望我們都能夠想開點，看淡點，活得自在點，別再給自己打結，學會好好愛自己，好好善待自己。
