身為新一代的民航機機師，我該如何去扮演這個角色？

能否提升個人的學習態度？專業知識？人際關係？…是

等同於，或立志要優於那些曾讓我懷疑的人?

◆   Any pilot knows how to make a 180. A very good

  pilot knows When and How.

每個飛行員都會操作小轉彎(以45或60度坡度，保持高度

方向變換180度)，超棒的飛行員，他不僅知道如何操作，

他更知道何時該操作。 

◆   In my opinion, the aggressive spirit is

  everything. But bear in mind the following

   " Hazardous Attitudes " 

認知上，進取精神是件好事，但我更牢記下列的區別：

Hazardous Attitudes   危險的態度	Beneficial Attitudes   有益的態度
Anti-authority — Don't tell me! 反對權威— 別告訴我該怎麼做！	Follow the rules. They are usually right. 按法規、程序來。它們會是正確的！
Impulsivity — Do something quickly! 衝動 — 快點！拖拖拉拉的。	Not so fast. Think first 別急，先想一想。
Invulnerability — It won't happen to me! 阿Q— 怎可能會發生在我身上！	It could happen to me. 它可能會發生在我身上。
Macho — I can do it! 男子氣概 — 我很行！看我的。	Taking chance is foolish. 無謂的冒險是愚蠢的！
Resignation — What's the use? 認命，放棄 — 沒有用的!	I’m not helpless. I can make a difference. 並非絕望與無助，我可以改變其結果。

 平日面對問題時，我們的態度是不是亦復如此？

 別氣餒!就從現在開始。
