The restaurant itself looks like an ordinary American restaurant (I was so surprised there's no alcohol beverage served in this restaurant!), seems full house all the time. Servers are so busy at taking orders & cleaning tables.

The way they are making BBQ ribs is so different than other BBQ restaurant we've tried. They seems grilled it and slow cooked it in a stew pot (I guess.) It taste tender, juicy, but just didn't feel like we're having BBQ ribs. It feels like we're having some huge portion of meat.
