My new creation: Almond Oatmeal Chips! (我的新發明:杏仁麥片) Snacks to go ! (小點心帶著走) Ingredients(材料): 1.Oil 1 tea spoon 2.Brown rice Syrup 1 table spoon 3.Sugar 1 table spoon Quaker Oats old fashioned 1/2 cup Almond slices: 1/2 cup dried cranberries:1 table spoon Chia seeds 1 tea spoon How to make it: Using small sauce pan , turn the fire on medium(用小鍋開中火) put 1 , 2 and 3 Ingredients to pan,(把123材料放入小鍋) cook until bubble up,(煮到起泡泡) put the rest of Ingredients , stir, then turn the fire off right away! (把剩下的材料放入鍋中,攪一下馬上關火) dump them on the parchment paper baking sheet, (把材料放在有烤盤紙的烤盤上) use another parchment paper to cover, (用另一張紙盤紙蓋在材料上) then roll it with a roller until Flatten (用桿面棍把它桿平) bake it with 350F for 12 mins (放入烤箱以 350 度F 烤12分) wait for few mins to cool down! (拿出來放涼) break it and ENJOY! (弄成一小塊,好好的享受吧!) Nothing to do duing the Blizzard 2016~ Now you got one! Almond-Oatmeal chips to go! |
