難以忘記Sally烤的美味巧克力brownie, 可以排在【Shaeen之吃在紐西蘭】排行榜前五大喔! 200grams New Zealand Butter(這一點Sally十分引以為傲!) 3/4 cup cocoa 1 cup sugar 3 eggs 1/2 cup flour 1/2 cup choc bits Mix (Butter、cocoa、sugar) altogether for five minutes, then add three eggs one at a time. Then add flour. Mix altogether and add choc bits. Bake for 30 minutes at 150 C, sometimes another ten minutes if still soft.
