What kind of leader have I become?

In the old good days, our teammates tried to categorize the coaches at different levels:

1. The one we respect.

2. The one we care for.

3. The one we fear of.

I, have been the one people fear of in the early life as captain, coach, drill surgent, is becoming the one I am no longer familiar with.  Think back, the best ones we had were the one with combination of all three.
