My English class-Hess had a field trip to a school fair at the Taipei American School. I was sure it would be fun there because I had to speak English instead of Chinese. And I was very confident about it because I had been to America and talked to Americans before. I felt really excited because must be some games America kids play and some food America kids eat.

After my teachers and other student entered, we went to play our first game. The rule is that you have to hit the people hiding in the holes and I got the first prize. Then, we went to the “face painting”. I painted a big shark on my face. After that, we went to eat lunch. We all ate a submarine for lunch. At last, we played our last game, “Water Gun”. You have to shoot the water in the cup, and I got the first prize. The field trip this time was pretty fun, but it would be better if we could have a free time.
