1.Greet people with a shinny smile and embrace your close friends

2.Greet people and show your concerns and care

3.Thank everything and everybody around you every day

4.Transform negative emotions into positive thinking

5.Do not watch or read the negative informative media

6.Perceive the positive meanings of the incidents

7.Eat the light food

8.Do something good every day

9.Tell yourself you are the best and the most excellent person every day

10.Participate in a group or an organization which benefits your body and mind

1.看見人要微笑打招呼,熟識者要擁抱對方

2.關懷、問候對方

4.轉化負面情緒為積極思考
