✸ Part-time一樣有「三保」，權益通通不可少 ✧
你目前正受僱從事部分工時的工作嗎？
是否有留意應有的勞工權益保障呢？
注意.ᐟ.ᐟ受僱勞工不論是部分工時工作者或全時工作者，都要依規定投保勞保、就保及職保喔！
❏ 勞工保險
➨ 僱用勞工5人以上公司、行號等單位
為強制投保單位，雇主應為所僱勞工辦理參加勞工保險
➨ 僱用勞工未滿5人之單位
得由雇主為其辦理加保
❏ 就業保險、勞工職業災害保險
依《就業保險法》及《勞工職業災害保險及保護法》規定
事業單位不論僱用人數多寡，均為強制投保單位，應為所僱勞工辦理加保
也特別提醒雇主朋友們✧
➽ 如未依規定為勞工辦理加保，將處以罰鍰
且勞工因此受有保險給付損失，雇主應負損害賠償責任；此外，勞工如遭遇職業傷病，於請領勞工職業災害保險給付後，雇主並應繳納勞工職業災害保險給付金額。
➽ 應按員工月薪資總額，覈實申報月投保薪資
部分工時工作者之月薪資總額如低於基本工資（現為27,470元）
➨ 勞工保險及就業保險應於11,100元至26,400元間覈實申報月投保薪資
➨ 勞工職業災害保險應以基本工資申報
請務必符合規定投保，確保勞工的保險給付權益 ★

No matter whether workers hold part-time jobs or full-time jobs, they shall be insured under programs such as Labor Insurance, Employment Insurance and Labor Occupational Accident Insurance.
The companies or firms which employ more than five employees are compulsory insured units, where employers shall have their employees insured under the Labor Insurance program.
Any worker employed by a company or firm with fewer than five employees may participate in the labor insurance scheme.
According to the Employment Insurance Act and Labor Occupational Accident Insurance and Protection Act, no matter how many employees are employed by a company or firm, it shall be a compulsory insured unit, where the workers shall be insured under the program mentioned above.
Also, the insured unit shall report the employees’ insured salary pursuant to the "Table of Grades of Labor Insurance Salary" and "Table of Grades of Labor Occupational Accident Insurance Salary" and based on the insured persons total monthly salary.
If the part-time employees ’monthly salary falls under the minimum wage (currently 27,470 NTD), the declaration of insurance salary for the Labor Insurance program and Employment Insurance program shall be between 11,100 NTD~26,400 NTD, while for the Labor Occupational Accident Insurance program, the declaration shall be the minimum wage.
