【勞保家屬死亡喪葬津貼請領規定更新｜投保單位請特別留意】
114年1月6日修正發布之勞工保險條例施行細則第43條第3項規定，
依本條例第62條規定請領喪葬津貼，且於國內設有戶籍之被保險人得自行請領。
 於國內設有戶籍之被保險人，得自行請領家屬死亡喪葬津貼。未於國內設有戶籍之被保險人，為保障權益，免受語言隔閡、不諳法令規定影響，應由投保單位協助辦理。詳細請領手續請參閱

Article 43, Paragraph 3 of the Enforcement Rules of the Labor Insurance Act, which were amended and promulgated by the Ministry of Labor on January 6, 2025, stipulate that: "The insured person who has household registration in the ROC may claim funeral and interment allowance made pursuant to Article 62 by themselves. "
* The insured person who has household registration in the ROC may claim funeral and interment allowance by themselves.
* The insured person who does not have household registration in the ROC, in order to protect their rights and prevent issues caused by language barriers or unfamiliarity with legal procedures, the application process should be assisted by the insured unit.
