李大福和李中福可申請勞保家屬死亡喪葬津貼(3個月)，另可由支出殯葬費之人李小福申請李爸爸勞保本人死亡喪葬津貼(5個月)，但這3筆僅能擇一請領，可以協議好再提出申請。

如果已申請其中1筆喪葬津貼後，發現另1筆喪葬津貼更高，5年內還是可以申請補發差額喔！

Mr. Lee suffered from an unfortunate passing recently, so how do his beneficiary claim labor insurance funeral benefits?

Two of his children, who are insured in the effective labor insurance period, can are qualified to apply for independent benefits (3 months); besides, the other child who paid for funeral fees may apply for his father’s survivor death and funeral benefits (5 months). However, only 1 of the 3 benefits can be claimed so we recommend discussing the matter before submitting an application.

If, after applying for 1 of the funeral benefits, you found the amount of another alternate benefit is higher than the one claimed before, you may submit an application within 5 years to receive the difference between two amounts!
