Though a body lay down and grass ceases to grow ,

Trees shadow the ground ., moisture comes and goes .

There alone the edges , watch carefully , you'll see

Soft valvet green moss flourish near your knees .

Lift yourself and then take a good look around .

Brilliantly colored green resistance there on the ground .

It glows in the small silvers of a friends light , the sun .

Perhaps there ,  you might see , life again has begun .

Fading is only a mirage of tiny moments in space and time .

( Nothing grows deprived of all nourishment .

  Never mind ....... some things are not meant to grow anymore .

 Sometimes what we try to hold onto , ends up like nothing

 we ever thought it was or could be .)
