於五月二日出庭鳳山簡易庭，不太順利。我和法官有點爭執，造成心情反覆。被告(國有財產局臺灣南區辦事處)沒有出庭。我僅再補正書狀兩點(即第五，六點)，這兩天心情低落，如果下次法官用法律名詞質問我，我不懂那法律專有名詞(支付命令等………………….)時，我如何反辯呢? 誰能幫助我下一次的庭上答辯呢? 謝謝!+

I attended in the 2nd Court of Feng Shan Simple Court on May 2nd. It wasn’t a smooth trip. I had a little dispute with the Judge. It made me upset. The accused (National Property Administration, Southern Office) didn’t appear in court. I only added 2 points on my statement (Point 5 & 6). My mood has been down since that time. If Judge uses law language that I don’t understand to Interrogate me next time, how do I reply? Who can help me the question and reply of Law in court for next time? Thanks!
