Dear Sxxxxx, We are having a huge issue with this shipment. Our system has been updated with seal xxxxxxxxx and manifest as well as sent with this seal but the seal physically found on the container is xxxxxxxxx. Please advise which is which. Consignee cannot take delivery container because of this issue. If correct seal is xxxxxxxx, please update XXXXX. Regards Dears, Thank you for your response. The manifest has already been submitted with seal xxxxxxxx and we have to amend it so that the customer can proceed with his house manifest and bill of entry. Please provide a letter stating this change of seal at port of loading and kindly amend xxxxx. We will be needing this letter and a copy of bill of lading showing the correct seal xxxxxxx in order to be able to get the amendment approve. Kindly action urgently on this matter Txxxx |
