Easy stir-fry Beef with onion
簡單快速之蔥爆牛
配個白飯和青菜,
15分鐘就搞定的晚餐。
Ingredients(所需材料有):
Preparation time :5minutes(準備時間:5分鐘)
Cook time:10minutes(煮時:10分鐘)
Make:three servings(三人份)
Sliced Beef 1 lb(1磅牛肉片)
Salt 3g (3克塩)
Black pepper 1g(1克黑胡椒粉)
Corn starch 10g(10克玉米澱粉)
Sesame oil 6g(6克蔴油)
Sweet onion 1 (1粒甜洋蔥)
Olive oil 12g(12克橄欖油)
Minced garlic 12g(12克蒜末)
Stir-fry sauce 24g (24克香菇油膏)
Thai chili pepper 1small optional (泰式小辣椒可有可無)
作法:
Step one :
Cut beef into bite size(牛肉切至易入口大小),
Sprinkle salt and pepper(撒上塩和黑胡椒)
Mix well (拌匀)
Step 2: sprinkle corn starch stir well then pour sesame oil on the top mix well.
撒上玉米澱粉抓勻,再淋上蔴油拌匀。
Step 3: medium fire, put in olive oil 、garlic 、sliced onion,cook 3 minutes.
Step 4: put the beef in and stir until the color is changed.
(放入牛肉,炒至肉變包)。
Step 5: stir in the sauce, mix well,
Sprinkle Thai chili on the top.
Now you have it.
(加入香菇油膏炒勻)。
上桌。
