［Im the Only One］最初登上加拿大單曲榜＃１２（1993年榜#96）　荷蘭＃２６．

在美國，這首歌發展勢頭緩慢．

但隨著第二單曲［Come to My Window］的成功，１９９４年被重新發行，

 

［Im the Only One］登上美國告示牌百大單曲榜＃８（1994年榜#92／1995#44），

副榜──主流搖滾榜＃１０（1996年榜#51） 成人當代榜冠軍（1995年榜#16）．

這首歌至今仍是伊瑟麗姬在主流單曲榜和成人當代榜上最成功的歌曲，
