& President's men use government resources even at risk
of breaking
“The Privacy Law”. DA of Taiwan, you turn the

small island loose to a lawless country.

Here is living example how they play the dirty tricks「恐嚇me.

It is apparent that and president man namely powerslide on 2006-06-13 broke the law by means of illegally obtaining the personal data of the blogger named Fair.  Fair is the citizen of ROC and Possess ROC passport and residing in California.

For all the years staying in CA, he has been running business in Mariposa County as a business owner. His Chinese Identity in Chinese character has never been disclosed. He posses ROC passport with which most of his Chinese data are kept in Foreign Ministry of ROC.

He appeared active in providing his personal opinion against DPP in Taiwan. In most of China Times bloger you will read his responses from time to time.  As results, supporters of DPP are feeling the pain and considered his words were like hitting the head on the nail. They,DPP, were trying to obtain his personal data to scare 「恐嚇」! him away from criticism.

The following is the blog response by powerslide dated 2006-06013.

to Fair :

還有啊,我老家可是在江蘇南京啊

我可是比您還正統的漢人啊

Please note that I never reveal my place of birth in Chinese 江蘇南京 in English publication including my blogger stationing in UDN and my business website http://www.yosemitemuirlodge.com.  The chance to guess Fair's birth place with that accuracy is one out of 10 millions. But to search with the permit from Foreign

Ministry's data file is only one click's away. This is not big deal and I am not ready to take legal action. It is against law here.

In the United of States of America, the Privacy law says in part
:
Without limiting the above, in an effort to respect your privacy and our ability to keep the community free from bad actors, we will not otherwise disclose your personal information to law enforcement or other government officials without a subpoena, court order or substantially similar legal procedure, except when we believe in good faith that the disclosure of information is necessary to: prevent imminent physical harm or financial loss; or report suspected illegal activity

I don’t know the law in Taiwan. But in the States, disclosing that information requires a subpoena, court order or substantially similar legal procedure. The action in these regards s in defector breaking the current law in the States.

It is imperative that public District Attorney (DA) in Taiwan take proper action to look into this matter immediately. Anyone working in Foreign Ministry personal must be subject to interview and proper investigation.

I sincerely hope that the illegal activities and personnel will be brought to Justice
