因緣於洪榮一與蔡英文,台灣窮小子以文誌敬告:

美國將軍說得中肯:

只有不要臉的歷史與文化才會缺乏鄉土責任與情感;

孩子話哭訴撤出台灣,不僅傷了彰化鄉親的心,也重創台灣人的互信!

終結歷史,反擊不要臉的歷史與文化,這才是給于彰化鄉親與台灣人的安全承諾!

為了全面了解台灣危機部署,應對的戰術作用,

有必要強化參與的國家級作戰單位的反擊能力;

通常來說,國家憲法賦予的主要權力,

預防暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義擴散;

反擊,對中央政府與民眾的攻擊;

台灣立法院應該通過與指定

國家安全局與調查局為主要參與的國家級作戰單位的威脅

或行為的危機部署;

當暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義擴散在台灣;

或涉入流氓國家;

危機部署,預防暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義擴散;

特別是,情報監視與戰術調查行動;

換句話說,中央政府,反擊,暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義;

看作是一類聯合作戰行動,其中,包括,地方政府參與;

舉例來說除,了國家安全局與調查局,還必須包括,國防部參與!

中央政府的危機部署

 

端視歷史經驗,只有反擊,才能因應最緊急狀況與威脅;

中央政府必須確認戰術定位,這將決定打擊速度有多快與多大的層面干預;

一個成功的危機部署的潛在性影響是中央政府作戰能力與優勢;

舉例來說,首先,台灣窮小子會下令:

調查局進駐味全企業,財政部金管局進駐頂新企業;

反擊理念是授權聯政府作戰單位,

以預防與因應,暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義擴散與惡意脫產;

換句話說,中央政府的反擊,一定要到位,然後,尋求幫助,處理危機!

中央政府的反擊核心原則是因應國內暴力歷史與文化極端主義與恐怖主義!

To realize comprehensively the tactical role in Taiwan;s crisis response it is essential to intensify the national-level war-fighting unit's counterattacking capability.
In general, the national constitution assign primary authority to prevent history and culture violence extremism and terrorism proliferation ; counterattack against the central government and citizen attack.
Taiwan's Legislative yuan,through should be designated the National Security Agency and Bureau of Investigation for crisis deployment of threats or acts of main national-level war-fighting units,when history and culture violence extremism and terrorism proliferation is in the Taiwan,or involves the rogue country.
Crisis deployment is to prevent history and culture violence extremism and terrorism proliferation,in particular,intelligence-surveillance,and tactical investigative operations.
In other words,the central government counterattack history and culture violence extremism and terrorism proliferation that as seen as a joint operation,in which,including local governments participation.Unless the National Security Agency and Bureau of Investigation,and must be also including the Department of Defense participation.

The central government crisis deployment

According with historical experiences,counterattacking is just to respond to most emergencies and threats.
The central government must be determined tactical direction,and such will determine how fast on strike speed and what extent the central government intervention takes place are?
The potential impacts of a successful crisis deployment,and the war-fighting capabilities,and superiority of the central government.
For instance,Bureau of Investigation would march into the Wei Chuan firm and station there ; the Ministry of Finance would march into the Ting Hsin firm and station there,
台灣窮小子 ordered.
The concept of counterattacking is to authorize governmental war-fighting units to prevent and respond history and culture violence extremism and terrorism proliferation,and being transferred from firm to other place by evil intention.
In other words,the the central government response must surely come,and than,will seek assistance to deal with crisis.
The core counterattacking principle of the central government is to response domestic history and culture violence extremism and terrorism.
