*Raspberry sauce: 1. Wash the raspberries and put them in a sieve over a bowl. Then push the raspberries through the sieve using a wooden spoon.
2. Add the caster sugar白砂糖(細) to the raspberry pulp a little at a time.
First put the ice cream in the dishes, then add the sauces and the toppings.
* Cooking the patatoes
1. set the oven at 200℃/400℉/Gas Mark 6
Prick the patotoes and place them on the greased baking tray. bake for 1 1/4 hours.
2. When cooked, cut the potatoes in half. Scoop out the middles into the bowl and mash them.
Stir in the butter and cheese.
3. Spoon the mixture back into the potato skins and level them off. Then put them back into the oven for another 15 minutes.
