2011 – 11 - 06

感知能量 Sensing Energy Meditation by Orin and DaBen

 

我舒服地坐著,從注意呼吸開始感知能量。

我花一些時間追蹤我的吸氣和吐氣。

 

我把注意力放在我周圍的環境,仔細去聆聽所有的聲音。我開始注意到我的身體接觸椅子的感受,衣服貼近皮膚的觸覺,以及腳底平放地面的感覺。

我注意到我的嘴巴中的味覺,我注意到環境中不同的味道。

 

當我對環境越來越有知覺,透過觸覺、感受、感覺、味覺和聽覺,我增加了自己感知周圍能量的能力。

 

現在我對內在世界的輪廓和我的感受更有知覺。我現在能感覺我所有的感受。

我閉上眼睛想像一朵玫瑰,想像玫瑰的香味,感受它優雅的芬芳,它美麗的顏色和姿態。當我這麼做,我就在觀想一朵玫瑰,以最適合我的方式觀想它。

我對腦中生起的圖像和畫面的感知越來越敏銳。我閉上眼睛,重新經驗一些今天在我腦海中浮現的想法、影像和畫面。

我想像我的腦海就像空白的螢幕。我的念頭止息,情緒平靜。我想起一件今天要進行的事情。

我生動清晰地想像今天將發生的這件事。我想像那個時候我的身體感覺如何,情緒感受如何,我的心中有什麼想法。當我這麼做,我在感知這件事的能量。

我想起自己的家。我觀想家中最明亮最有光澤的地方,並留意哪些地方我想創造更多的美麗與光明。

我注意到我如何觀想我的家,我知道我產生畫面的方式就是我感知能量的方式。

我在一天之中注意內在世界的想法、感受、畫面和身體的知覺來感受能量。

 

我有能力對周圍的能量保持知覺。當我的知覺增加,我改變周圍能量的能力便增加。

I sit in a comfortable position. I begin sensing energy by noticing my breathing. I take a moment to follow my breath as I breathe in and out several times. I pay attention to the environment around me. I listen to all the sounds around me. 

I become aware of the feeling of the chair against my body, my clothes where they touch me, and the feel of the surface beneath my feet.   

I notice the taste in my mouth. I am aware of the various smells in my environment. 

 

As I grow more  aware of my environment, through touch,  sensing,  feeling,  smell,  and hearing, I increase my ability  to sense all the energy about me.  

I now grow more aware of my inner landscape, and of the feelings that I have. I sense how I feel right now. 

I close my eyes and think of a rose. I think of how a rose smells, its delicate fragrance. I picture its beautiful color and shape. As I do this, I am visualizing a rose, in whatever way is perfect for me.  

I become more aware of the pictures and images that cross my mind. I close my eyes and review some of the thoughts, images, and pictures I have held in my mind today.  

I imagine my mind like a blank screen. My thoughts are quiet, my emotions are calm. I think of something I am going to do today.

I sense this future situation vividly. I imagine how my body will feel, how I will feel emotionally, and what my thoughts will be. As I do this I am sensing the energy in this situation. 

I think of my home. I think of the areas of my home that hold much light, and I make a note of areas in which I want to create more beauty and light. 

I notice how I imagine or think of my home, I know that the way I make pictures in my mind is the way I sense energy.  

I sense energy throughout the day by paying attention to my inner world of my thoughts, feelings, inner pictures, and physical sensations.

I have the ability to become aware of all the energy I am around. As my awareness increases, my ability to change the energy around me grows.
