I think I've developed a good habit of exercising since being a soldier(excatly I'm a substitude civilian serviceman = =") . I jog in the school playground for 15 circles about 3,000 meters every nights. It maybe just a short distance for someone else , but for me it's not about distance , it's about exercising. Jogging during summer time is very tough because of its hot with no wind. On the other hand it's good for you to sweat , that means metabolism is faster. After jogging I walk to cool down my body and catch my breath for a moment , I do continously to have 30 or 50 push-ups. I spend almost 30 minutes to do these that makes me feel more healthier and thinner than graduate school time. In addition to jogging as my main sports hobby , others like palying basketball , riding a bicycle are my preferable ones. Refered to bicycle , I have not mentioned that I had a unforgettable experience to ride a bike. Last year we old friends decided to travel around Taiwan by bikes. That was incredible bacause we decided immediately just on the internet. There were no professional bikes , equipments , money and detailed informations about the trip. The only thing we had was the enthusiastic heart. Afer doing the crazy event , there was a film comming out and the slogan about the movie was" Things you don't do presently , you will regret in the future. " I can't agree it anymore!!
