xxx-oooSentence correctionHow do we stay curious and mentally sharp? First, some people say it starts with sleeping long enough. While curiousity is not a linear process, some also think you need to keep your mind open to every new experience and all of the information you encounter. Also, you shouldn't stay up too late or study too long. You can stay highly engaged if you keep your energy high, make sure you don't cut short your most enjoyable experiences, and ensure you don't shut your eyes too tight. Otherwise, you might miss out on a new world of information that will engage and enrich you completely.. How do we stay curious and mentally sharp?
