我曾經用承受來衡量人生，
看自己能撐多久，能不崩潰地站得多穩。
I once measured life
by how much I could carry,
by how long I could stand without breaking.
我學會在風雨裡行走，
雙手滿載責任，心緊緊包著，
眼淚留到夜深人靜。
I learned to walk through storms,
my hands full of duty,
my heart wrapped tight,
my tears saved for the quiet of night.
但時間——
那溫柔又誠實的存在，
教會了我另一種活法。
But time—
gentle and honest—
taught me another way to live.
如今我走得慢一些，
不是因為我變弱了，
而是我終於願意傾聽，
自己呼吸的節奏。
Now I walk more slowly,
not because I am weak,
but because I finally listen
to the rhythm of my breath.
我不再追逐喧鬧的日子，
我選擇溫柔的時光——
