鵝肝牛排聖誕節

聖誕節就快到了、 如往年一樣見到鄰居門上的聖誕掛飾、 才去收納櫃東翻西找有3年歷史的聖誕掛飾、整理一下 、今年一樣可派上用場 。

掛到門上後、 自己也覺得氣氛一新。



學生時代 總很期待聖誕節、 聖誕舞會、 聖誕大餐。 一段留美的時間、 教會的朋友不少、彌撒夜 讀經成為現在的自己的寶貴回憶。 不知城中的豪宅是否依然燈光燦爛、家家競豔? 是否有機會舊地重遊?　

不過現在可以同心協力作份2007 聖誕大餐吧～鵝肝牛排



首先鐵板煎牛排

另煎鵝肝沾太白粉、煎至外脆 、拭去多餘的油份、 倒入@醬汁後待酒精蒸發即可。

紅蘿蔔及馬鈴薯水煮 水中加一點橄欖油 及糖 色澤及甘甜度更佳。

最後在預熱盤子盛鵝肝於牛排上。

@醬汁 : 紅酒, 蜂蜜, 日式醬油

這塊牛排的色澤與油花分佈真是讚

Wow.. thats a very very nice/pretty steak!! Just look at that beautiful marbles!!

Must be very expensive!

Is it an American steak?

A nice and typical combination...  and with this great quality... only need the most simple way to handle the meat!

Did you pair up with a nice glass of red wine?

 Just season with  salt and paper, the steak tasted juice and sweet.

American beef could be found here but usually I would prefer choosing Japanese beef from more local and tasty.

Uh, maybe a bottle of wine................

吃起來比看起來好吃 呢!

因為肉質不錯、 不太需要功夫。

煎鵝肝卻是第一次 、但與餐廳的不相上下

值得一試!
