每一個人都會做生活規劃 ，最常聽到的是 ，等將來 ，等有時間 ，等孩子長大， 等退休後 。漂亮衣服總想等到特別的日子才穿，昂貴的瓷具，放在櫥櫃裡，平常捨不得用，要等到特殊的日子才用，而這樣等的結果，往往等出了遺憾後悔。

有一位先生，在整理他太太的遺物的時候，發現了一條絲質的圍巾，那是他們多年前去纽约旅遊時，在一家名牌店買的。那是一條雅緻、漂亮的名牌圍巾，昂貴的價格標籤還挂在上面，他太太一直捨不得用，她總是想等一個特殊的日子才用。現在這日子永遠不會到來了，他難過地看著絲巾說 :「再也不要把好東西留到特别的日子才用，你活着的每一天都是特别的日子。」

近日在YouTube看了一段歌唱影片，是一位93歲的老婦人唱〈One Day At A Time〉歌 ，他兒子彈吉他， 孫女給她和音，感受到溫暖溫馨，〈One Day At A Time〉是一首詩歌，非常好聽，歌詞也很簡單，就是述說要過好每一天，其中這一句Yesterdays gone, tomorrow may never be mine. 昨日已去，明日也許不屬於我，意思就是說今天才是能夠掌控的，所以每天早上睜開眼睛，都要告訴自己這是特别的一天。每一天，每一分鐘都是那麼可貴，想做甚麼就去做，莫等待，認真的過好今天。新的一年開始 ，我以這首歌祝福大家，一掃去年的陰霾 ，在新的一年裡日日靜好。
