to use a simple logic math to teach is a perfect of way  to educate him.

for example: if he has one build of house which has 10 rooms than he could rent 8 rooms to people and  to set the rent cost is NT$1000 each months. so he could have 8000 dollor income eachmonth.

if each month lost one rooms to rent after 10 months his income be zero. if he try sale the room each month he will be a rich person but he will die soon.

don't tell him such logic economy story to him because the stupid always without any idea.
