we had visited one small size restaurant in north china they have 15 tables in the restaurant  center area. the whole price is not low but they offer a lot small dish with different food for customer and the price around  2-3 RMB.

the key point is you come for eat so they try to use this to make your attention  also remind you that they offer a clear and delicious food with small dish and low price.

they didn't make a money in main food but they make a lot small money in dish operation.

but we found  a lot dirty operation about our supplier, they try to use discount or onsale operation to sale bed quality products to comsumer.

i real wander why they still survive in this marrket and never die.
