中文和合本聖經中文翻譯的錯誤(十七)
提摩太後書(KJV)3:14-17說,
" 但是, 你要繼續做那些你已經學到的, 確信無疑的事情, 因為你知道這些事情是向誰學的。(But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; )你從小就知道聖經, 這聖經能使你因信基督耶穌而有得救的智慧(and that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.) 所有的經文都是 神所默示的, 對於教義, 責備, 糾正, 教導正義都是有益的(All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:) 使屬 神的人得以完備, 完全可以行各樣的善事(that the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.)。"
但當先知耶利米向猶大百姓宣告 神的話語時, 他們明知 神的話語有益, 卻有耳不聽, 並且遷怒於耶利米嚴厲的預言。聖經耶利米書 26:1-8說,
" 猶大王約西亞(Josiah)的兒子約雅敬登基(ehoiakim)的時候, 有這話從耶和華臨到耶利米說:耶和華如此說: 你站在耶和華殿的院內, 對猶大眾城邑的人, 就是到耶和華殿來禮拜的說我所吩咐你的一切話, 一字不可刪減。或者他們肯聽從, 各人回頭離開惡道, 使我後悔不將我因他們所行的惡, 想要施行的災禍, 降與他們。
你要對他們說, 耶和華如此說: 你們若不聽從我, 不遵行我設立在你們面前的律法, 不聽我從早起來, 差遣到你們那裡去我僕人眾先知的話, (你們還是沒有聽從)我就必使這殿如示羅(Shiloh), 使這城為地上萬國所咒詛的。
耶利米在耶和華殿中說的這些話, 祭司先知與眾民都聽見了。耶利米說完了耶和華所吩咐他對眾人說的一切話, 祭司, 先知, 與眾民, 都來抓住他說, 你必要死。"
1). 馬太福音19:16-17說,
" 有一個人來見耶穌說: 夫子, 我該作甚麼善事, 纔能得永生。耶穌對他說: 你為甚麼以善事問我呢? 只有一位是善的, 你若要進入永生、就當遵守誡命(And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life? (And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: )( but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments)。。"
翻譯的錯誤:
1). 那就是神(that is, God), 沒有翻譯出來-雖然有備註。
2). 耶穌(Jesus )替代了祂(Him); 儘管我們知道這"祂"指的就是耶穌。
3). 你為甚麼以善事問我呢-Why callest thou me good? 應該是"你為何稱我為良善的呢?"
4). that is, God沒有翻譯出來
5). 第十七節的"生命(life )", 翻譯成永生(eternal life)? 也就是說, "你若要進入永生? 原文中並沒有用"永生 eternal life"這一個字; 而只是 life。
更正的翻譯:
馬太福音19:16-17解釋說,"且看哪! 有一個人來見祂說: 良善的夫子, 我該作甚麼良善的事, 纔能得永生(And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life? 祂對他說: 你為何稱我為良善的呢? 除了 神之外, 沒有一個是良善的 (And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: )你若要進入生命, 就遵守誡命( but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments)。"
羅馬書8:1-2, " 如今那些在基督耶穌裡的, 就不定罪了。因為賜生命聖靈的律, 在基督耶穌裡釋放了我, 使我脫離罪和死的律了。"
2). 馬可福音 6:21-25說,
" 有一天, 恰巧是希律的生日, 希律擺設筵席, 請了大臣和千夫長, 並加利利作首領的。
希羅底的女兒進來跳舞, 使希律和同席的人都歡喜。王就對女子說, 你隨意向我求甚麼, 我必給你。又對他起誓說: 隨你向我求甚麼, 就是我國的一半, 我也必給你。他就出去, 對他母親說, 我可以求甚麼呢? 他母親說, 施洗約翰的頭。他就急忙進去見王, 求他說, 我願王立時把施洗約翰的頭,放在盤子裡給我。"
翻譯的錯誤:
1).And when a convenient day was come 翻譯為"有一天"不合原意?
2). that Herod on his birthday made a supper to his lords, high captains, and chief estates of Galilee, "恰巧是希律的生日" ? 為什麼說"恰巧 -coincidentally"?
更正的翻譯:
欽定版聖經(KJV)在馬可福音 6:21-25說,
" 當合宜之日到來時, 希律在生日那天擺設盛宴, 請了大臣和千夫長, 並加利利作首領的; 希羅底的女兒進來跳舞, 使希律和同席的人都歡喜, 王就對女子說: 你隨意向我求甚麼, 我必給你。又對她起誓說, 隨你向我求甚麼, 就是我國的一半, 我也必給你。她就出去, 對她母親說, 我可以求甚麼呢? 她母親說, 施洗約翰的頭。她就急忙進去見王, 求他說, 我願王立時把施洗約翰的頭, 放在盤子裡給我(And when a convenient(G2121 seasonable, timely, opportune) day was come, that Herod on his birthday(G1077 a birthday feast 生日盛宴 made a supper(G1173 feast) to his lords, high captains, and chief estates of Galilee; and when the daughter of the said Herodias came in, and danced, and pleased Herod and them that sat with him, the king said unto the damsel, Ask of me whatsoever thou wilt, and I will give it thee. 3).耶利米哀歌4:7-8說,
" 錫安的貴冑, 素來比雪純淨, 比奶更白。他們的身體, 比紅寶玉更紅, 像光潤的藍寶石一樣。Her Nazarites(H5139 consecrated or devoted one, Nazarite 分別為聖的或奉獻的拿細耳人) were purer than snow,They were whiter than milk,They were more ruddy in body than rubies,Their polishing was of sapphire: 現在他們的面貌比煤炭更黑, 以致在街上無人認識; 他們的皮膚, 緊貼骨頭, 枯乾如同槁木"。
翻譯的錯誤:
1). 很顯然的"錫安的貴冑-Nobles of Zion"? 並不忠實於原文的翻譯, 。也就是說, 將"Her Nazarites" 翻譯成"錫安的貴冑" , 的確無法讓人理解其意? 因為它並不是出於 神口中的話語。
2). 第四章第八節 "Their skin cleaveth to their bones; " 緊貼他們的骨頭才正確。
更正的翻譯:
耶利米哀歌4:7-8說,
"她的拿細耳人比雪更純潔, 他們比牛奶還白, 他們的身體比紅寶石還要紅潤, 他們的磨光是藍寶石的(Her Nazarites were purer than snow,They were whiter than milk,They were more ruddy in body than rubies,Their polishing was of sapphire:" 現在他們的面貌比煤炭更黑, 以致在街上無人認識; 他們的皮膚, 緊貼他們的骨頭, 它枯萎了, 變成了一根槁木-Their visage is blacker than a coal; They are not known in the streets: Their skin cleaveth to their bones; It is withered, it is become like a stick.):”
例如"Nazarites"在阿摩司書 2:11-12那裡說,
" 我從你們子弟中興起先知, 又從你們少年人中興起拿細耳人。以色列人哪! 不是這樣麼。這是耶和華說的。但你們卻給拿細耳人酒喝, 囑咐先知說, 不要說預言(And I raised up of your sons for prophets, and of your young men for Nazarites. Is it not even thus, O ye children of Israel? saith the LORD. But ye gave the Nazarites wine to drink; and commanded the prophets, saying, Prophesy not.)。"
4)路加福音1:11-12說,
" 有主的使者站在香壇的右邊, 向他顯現。撒迦利亞看見, 就驚慌害怕。And there appeared unto him an angel of the Lord standing on the right side of the altar of incense. And when Zacharias saw him, he was troubled, and fear fell upon him.
翻譯的錯誤:
1). 撒迦利亞看見- And when Zacharias saw him, "他"沒有翻譯出來。
2). he was troubled, and fear fell upon him- 就驚慌害怕? he and him?沒有翻譯。
更正的翻譯:
路加福音1:11-12說, " 有主的使者站在香壇的右邊, 向他顯現。撒迦利亞看見祂, 他感到不安, 恐懼降臨在他身上。"
5). 使徒行傳 4:36說,
"有一個利未人, 生在居比路, 名叫約瑟, 使徒稱他為巴拿巴。(巴拿巴翻出來, 就是勸慰子), 他有田地, 也賣了, 把價銀拿來, 放在使徒腳前。-And Joses, who by the apostles was surnamed Barnabas, (which is, being interpreted, The son of consolation,) a Levite, and of the country of Cyprus(G2953, a Cyprian 賽普路斯人)。having land, sold it, and brought the money, and laid it at the apostles feet."
不恰當的翻譯:
1). 居比路(G2953 a Cyprian or Cypriote), 我認為這是Cypriote發音上的翻譯。
2). 當然,我們也知道"the country of Cyprus"也是標準的音譯。問題在於, 居比路是十九世紀末的音譯, 難免讓我們不知所云?
更正的翻譯:
使徒行傳 (KJV)4:36說, "還有約西, 使徒們稱他為巴拿巴(被譯為安慰之子), 是一個利未人, 生在賽普路斯-And Joses, who by the apostles was surnamed Barnabas(G921 "son of rest"), (which is, being interpreted, The son of consolation,) a Levite, and of the country of Cyprus(G2953, a Cyprian 賽普路斯人)。
6). 以賽亞書 44:1-5說,
" 我的僕人雅各, 我所揀選的以色列阿! 現在你當聽。
造作你, 又從你出胎造就你, 並要幫助你的耶和華如此說, 我的僕人雅各, 我所揀選的耶書崙哪、不要害怕.因為我要將水澆灌口渴的人、將河澆灌乾旱之地.我要將我的靈澆灌你的後裔、將我的福澆灌你的子孫。他們要發生在草中、像溪水旁的柳樹。這個要說, 我是屬耶和華的。那個要以雅各的名自稱, 又一個要親手寫歸耶和華的, 並自稱為以色列 (Yet now hear, O Jacob my servant; and Israel, whom I have chosen: thus saith the LORD that made thee, and formed thee from the womb, which will help thee; Fear not, O Jacob, my servant; and thou, Jesurun, whom I have chosen. 翻譯的不恰當之處:
1). 將河澆灌乾旱之地(and floods (H5140 stream, running water)upon the dry ground), "floods"應為洪水, 但原意可以是溪流, 流水。
2). "seed 種子, H2233 offspring, descendants, posterity, children 後裔, 子孫, 子女"。
3). spring up H6779, to sprout, spring up, grow up 發芽, 長大, 崛起之意。
4). 以賽亞書44:5 節的"himself "沒有翻譯。
更正的翻譯:
以賽亞書 (KJV)44:1-5說,
"我的僕人雅各啊! 現在你要聽, 以色列我所揀選的。造作你, 從出母胎就塑造你的耶和華如此說: 他必幫助你。我的僕人雅各啊! 不要害怕;還有你, 我所選擇的耶穌崙哪。因為我要將水澆灌口渴的人, 將洪水(floods)灌於乾旱之地。我要將我的靈澆灌你的後裔(seed), 將我的福澆灌你的子孫。他們要崛起(spring up)於草中, 像溪水旁的柳樹。
有人會說, 我是屬耶和華的。那個將以雅各的名自稱, 另一個人要親手寫歸耶和華的, 並以以色列的名字命名他自己(himself)。"
7).但以理書5:24-31詮釋 神的旨意說,
" 因此從 神那裡顯出指頭來, 寫這文字。所寫的文字是彌尼, 彌尼, 提客勒, 烏法珥新。
講解是這樣。彌尼: 就是 神已經數算你國的年日到此完畢.提客勒: 就是你被稱在天平裡顯出你的虧欠.毗勒斯: 〔與烏法珥新同義〕就是你的國分裂、歸與瑪代人和波斯人。伯沙撒下令、人就把紫袍給但以理穿上、把金鍊給他戴在頸項上、又傳令使他在國中位列第三。當夜迦勒底王伯沙撒被殺.瑪代人大利烏、年六十二歲、取了迦勒底國。" (then was the part of the hand sent from him; and this writing was written.

This is the interpretation of the thing: MENE; God hath numbered thy kingdom, and finished it. TEKEL; Thou art weighed in the balances, and art found wanting.
PERES; Thy kingdom is divided, and given to the Medes and Persians.
Then commanded Belshazzar, and they clothed Daniel with scarlet, and put a chain of gold about his neck, and made a proclamation concerning him, that he should be the third ruler in the kingdom.In that night was Belshazzar the king of the Chaldeans slain. And Darius the Median took the kingdom, being about threescore and two years old.")
翻譯的錯誤:
1). 因此從 神那裡顯出指頭來, 寫這文字? 原文中並沒有說"指頭-fingers"!? "the part of the hand(H3028 )", 當然我們知道, fingers are definitely part of the hand。但在這裡, 神並沒有使用"手指"這個字。
2). 第二十八節說PERES: 你的王國被分裂了, 分給了瑪代和波斯。中文註釋說, PERES與UPHARSIN(H6537 to break in two, to split up)同義! 那麼 神為什麼要用(PERES-H6537 to break in two, divide)這個字? 神一定有自己的道理。
3). and made a proclamation concerning him, that he should be the third ruler in the kingdom?

但以理書5:24-31說,

1). 第二十節, and thou saidst, I will not transgress-翻譯成: 你說, 我必不事奉耶和華?
2). the degenerate(H5494 deteriorated 敗壞的) plant?
更正的翻譯:
耶利米書 2:20-21說, "我在古時折斷你的軛, 解開你的繩索, 你說, 我不會逾矩。因為你在各高岡上, 各青翠樹下, 屈身行淫。然而我栽你是上等的葡萄樹、全然是真種子。你怎麼向我變為外邦葡萄樹的敗壞的枝子呢? |
