 the MiG Russia’s aircraft corporation introduced its new MiG-35 fighter jet. The presentation was held in an industrial complex of the corporation in Lukhovitsy, located near Moscow, and was attended by military attaches and journalists from 30 countries.

Reportedly, the MiG-35 is supposed to replace the entire fleet of the Russia’s light combat aviation, as well as to become one of the main export models. By 2020, the Russian Aerospace Forces will receive 30 MiG-35s. In total, the Russian Defense Ministry is going to purchase about 170 fighter jets.

As commander of the Russian Aerospace Forces, Colonel General Viktor Bondarev, noted during the presentation, the creation of the MiG-35 is a real victory. The fighter jet is capable to conduct a supermanoeuverable battle, strike targets on land, in water and in the air.
