X-431 Actual Measurement 2015 Golf 7 Power Window and Sunroof Setting Method

Function Description:
1.The window and sunroof cannot be automatically closed after you press and hold the remote control Lock button. The window and sunroof cannot be automatically opened after you press and hold the remote control Unlock button.
2.This function must be performed if the DTCs “B148754 window lifter motor – no basic setting” and “B131F54 rear window regulator, driver side – no basic setting” are present in the 42 electronic control driver door system.
Prerequisites:
1.Turn on the ignition switch.
2.Battery voltage is kept above 12V.
Procedure:
1.Turn on the ignition switch.
2.Choose FAW-VW V27.80 or a later version.
3.Choose System Selection.
4.Choose 42 Electronic Control Driver Door.

5.Read version information.

6.Choose “02 Read DTCs”. The read DTCs are “B148754 window lifter motor – no basic setting” and “B131F54 rear window regulator, driver side – no basic setting”.

8.Choose “04 System Basic Adjustment”.

9.The adjustment menus are displayed.

10.Choose “Front window lifter, driver side” and click OK. 11.

12.The value of Basic Setting Status is Not Running.

13.Choose Routine Control Option and click Adjust.

14.Choose “Standardization, soft stop, and matching” and click Adjust to perform the following process.

During the adjustment process, the lifter status is displayed “Running”.

16.When the value of Basic Setting Status is Correctly Completed, the basic adjustment of “Front window lifer,
driver side” is complete.

17.Return to choose the function “Rear window regulator, driver side” and click OK.

18.The value of Basic Setting Status for the rear window regulator is Not Running.

19.Choose Routine Control Option. Two option menus are displayed.

20.Choose “Standardization, soft stop, and matching” and click Adjust to perform the following process. The
regulator status is displayed “Running”.

21.When the value of Basic Setting Status is Correctly Completed, the basic adjustment of “Rear window regulator, driver side” is complete.

22.Return to choose “05 Clear DTCs”. After the DTCs are cleared, the window and sunroof can be automatically opened and locked.
