Fairbank Center for China Studies has invited Kaohsiung Mayor Han Kuo-yu to deliver a speech at the university. Han said his speech will likely focus on the effect of s 2018 on its politics.

 

Kaohsiung Mayor Han Kuo-yu  yesterday dismissed speculation that his planned visit to the US in the spring is designed to pave the way for a presidential bid next year, saying that it would be purely academic.

Han Kuo-yu has been invited to address the Fairbank Center for Chinese Studies at Harvard University.

20190411:HKY哈佛大學費正清中心發表演說，以「The Power of Down to Earth —They Talk the Talk, I Walk the Walk」為題韓國瑜強調「接地氣的政治時代來臨了！」他身為高雄市長，要為高雄拚經濟，帶領人民過好日子，讓「台灣安全、人民有錢」，最後，韓國瑜引用聖經的話，「Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal」，意為忘記背後，努力向前，向著目標直跑.

其原文是出至聖經新約全書,菲立比書3章第13節,這是使徒保羅在耶穌釘十字架復活身昇天以後,立志傳揚神國的福音,他自耶路撒冷出發,環繞整個小亞細亞地區,以及地中海沿岸,希臘等地區,最後進入羅馬宣教,為基督耶穌的道路,真理,生命而奮鬥不懈,這句話是他的書信之一,寫給菲立比地方教會的弟兄姊姊其中的一段話語.

伍德羅•威爾遜國際學者中心.中美經濟關係學會,等重要人士均有出席韓國瑜的閉門演講會.

2:根據情報顯示出,20190411當時的演講會已經現場錄影,並即時使傳播給予美國的國安局,CIA.FBI.國土安全局等政府單位,他們有人專職分析與會人士的言論,並摘取重點,做成報告,讓川普等人掌握最新訊息.

3:有關20190411 凌晨AM:04:00,韓國瑜下榻的旅館內火災警鈴大響一事,安全專家認為,有人收錢故意搞亂,好打擊韓國瑜訪美事件.因為現代化的旅館消防系統,早已是電腦管制,中央監控系統運作,顯示出有人從中動手腳,等到波士頓消防警察抵達救援時,就停止,很明顯的是有特情人員,早已混入旅館肆機而動.

5:2020 韓氏如果當選台灣地區領導人,那麼新一輪的國共論壇,將立即啟動,召開討論海峽兩岸和平協議書的內容,根據情報顯示出早已準則妥當海峽兩岸和平協議書草案,屆時由兩岸3地的政黨負責人,學者專家,齊心協力,齊聚一堂,共同討論研討出最佳方案,在逐步進行統一大業,筆者推敲大短期3年,2021-2022試辦執行辦海峽兩岸和平協議書草案,中期2023-2025年檢討改進海峽兩岸和平協議書草案,內不妥之處的條文,2026 澈底執行海峽兩岸和平協議書,各式各樣的條文,其實也等同於統一作業的開始.

6:韓流魅力襲捲海內外,就連歐洲地區,華僑聯誼會,也傳聞嘗試聯絡韓國瑜,希望他能夠訪問歐洲,英國,法國,西班牙及德國等地區,這樣一來韓氏知名度,隨者訪問美國哈佛大學費正清中心水漲船高.


7:一般咸認為中國國民黨,正式徵召韓氏出馬代表競選2020年台灣地區領導人,美國華盛頓方面,會正式邀請韓國瑜再度訪問美國,參加總統面試,北約國際觀察家認為,由CSIS.主導安排,勢在必行,勢所難免,再度邀請韓氏訪問美國,時間可能訂為,20190704.美國國慶日前後最為適當.

I walk to the people from all walks of life, with an emphasis on socially vulnerable groups. I insist to stay overnight in different folks’ places once a month, to get close to their real life. I have stayed in an orphanage, a fisherman’s association, a taxi driver’s home and will stay in many others’ places as well. I also walk to the world, to Mainland China, to Southeast Asia, to America and hopefully to more other places in the world. This is not because I like to be Mr. Fogg who travelled around the world in 81 days, but because Kaohsiung deserves more visibility and opportunities. Kaohsiung has been isolated and closed off for too long. As a result, the economy and population are sadly declining. We need to walk out to the world to promote our produce and products, to attract more visitors, and to carry out what I advocate loudly for, “Export Goods Out, Welcome People In, Let Kaohsiung Prosper!” 貨出得去、人進得來、高雄發大財！

美國是中華民國非常重要的朋友，一直是我們在經濟、安全、軍事、政治方面的盟友，我們不能也不應該因為無法妥善處理兩岸關係，而拖累我們的美國朋友；和美國交朋友是一回事，但把與美國的友誼視為理所當然又是另一回事，我們必須承擔維持台海和平的責任，台灣人民才能生活在民主、繁榮之中

In Taiwan, there are a lot of people calling me a “produce vendor.” Mainly because I worked in a local agricultural products marketing company before I ran in the Mayor election. The media often describes me with the term “down to earth,” and few individuals even name me “country bumpkin” for my humble origins, and my rather direct and unrefined language. Well today, this bald country bumpkin from Taiwan is standing before you, on the campus of one of the most prestigious universities in the world: Harvard! A few months ago, many could not have imagined this, even in their wildest dreams!
