因此向Cityrail 提出抗議 看看能得到甚麼回應?

Complain CityRail

The trains have a major delay every 1 month and some delays every week since the new time table released. Cityrail is proposing increase ticket price soon again.
Did Cityrail ever done any survey that how many percentage of commuters satisfy current change? And how many percentage would like to go back to original time table? (Actually the original was much reliable than now). Current situation is reducing 5 mins in waiting but 20 mins more stay at train weekly.
