when you go to court, you have to take oath to judge every word you said is true.  If you make faulty testimony, then you commit a crime.  Chen sui ben made a lot of lies, he obvious comitted a crime- this crime is called perjury.  In law, this is a very bad thing from the stand point of the witness.  The judge please attention this crime when next time he lie again.
