Dear Winson,

Please change the messages into the following information.

1. 102年3月31日前將合約送至管委會

2. 電腦設備至社區安裝之日期

3. 102年4月1日起派員與現職青田社區主任共用班表，預定每一工作日至社區實習一小時。同時，派駐人員即為爾後正式進駐服務之人員，除經管委會審核同意外，不可隨意更換。

4. 四月社區主任實習期間，每週須安排一小時與主委討論社區服務事項要領。

5. 所有正式交接之保全員和主任接須熟讀青田社區部落格(http://blog.udn.com/chinten2011)和城市(https://city.udn.com/16881)之資訊。

Dear Winson,
Good afternoon!
Welcome back to work!
I hope that you have had a wonderful lunar new year celebration with your family as well!

Here are the things that we have to do:
1. Please put the list of the qualified companies on the website at https://city.udn.com/16881and the blog at http://blog.udn.com/chinten2011.
2. We will invite the three qualified companies: 萬世安、立大 and 富鄰.
3. Please measure the size of the folders in the elevators so that we will be able to make the fixed folders.
4. Please make sure that all the interphones of the communicating system in the buildings, at the first floor and on the roofs, are well-cleaned.
5. Please double check all the functions of the equipment in the KTV room and the gym are well-cleaned and in a good condition.
KTV room: the speakers, the carpet, the table cloth, the sofa...
Gym: running equipment, snooker table...
6. Please make a new year report of 2013 to tell us the plans that you are able to accomplish, such as the plans to contact the government to apply for the sponsorship for the commnity and the way for us to acchieve the goal of being a qualified model of the community.
