良利攜中山醫 研究鯽魚複方製劑

良利生技日前通過行政院國家科學委員會應用型產學合作計畫，聯合中山醫學大學進行「開發鯽魚複方製劑為抗高脂飲食引發代謝症候群之研究」對鯽魚水萃物於健康保健之成效，進行更深度探討。

該計畫總主持人中山醫學大學營養學系副教授陳璟賢表示，此次實驗包含：針對鯽魚複方製劑改善第1型及第2型糖尿病的機轉及其對NF-ｋB及PI3-kinase相關路徑之影響、鯽魚複方製劑對胰臟β-細胞的保護作用（降低胰臟β-細胞之凋亡）、鯽魚複方製劑透過活化PPAR路徑來促使體內脂質的代謝利用，以及，鯽魚複方製劑可以有效降低代謝症候群老鼠的腹部肥胖及改善代謝症候群之相關指標以達到進一步預防第2型糖尿病等併發症之發生等。

良利公司自技轉將鯽魚水萃物商品化後，對其在健康保健領域表現之研究不遺餘力；延續鯽魚食膳配方可控制第1型糖尿病老鼠的研究後，亦進行實驗得知鯽魚水萃物對於第2型糖尿病小鼠的血糖、血脂（總膽固醇及三酸甘油酯）控制具有改善效果，由於該鯽魚水萃物是極為珍貴之動物植物複方製劑，以鯽魚為主材料，加上枸杞、山藥及地黃等天然中藥材製成，為日常生活中極佳之健康產品，此次良利與中山醫大再次合作，將深探鯽魚水萃物於保健之重要呈現。
