在我读了一则警告房价暴跌新闻之后 检查老房房价 发现某些邻居房价突然:暴涨 为什么以及如何做到?明年房产税很快也要暴涨?
for example : zillow zestimate: $415,900: rent zestimate: $2,772
Year Built: 1979 (our community houses all built in 1979 same style same structure) note:part of the whole area is not belong to our community, they built later than 1979.
Baths: 2 Garage Size: 2 bedrooms: 3 Exterior features: Vinyl, Brick
Property Lot Size: 8263 SF Total interior livable area: 1,674 sqft (it always was 1080 even this year couple months ago when i visited zillow. after they moved in 2012 except made yard beauty by dump dirty dirts, ugly stones, broken junks in our yard nothing else changed)
Property tax 2022 $7,054 +3.5% Tax assessment $105,310 +3.9%

when i examined Public tax history from 2000-2022 value $2,833 jump high to $7,054 every year is up(2001 $3,480 +22.8%) but i remember few years were minus.
i also noticed 2? years ago the website some data were incorrect especially didnt show 2012 was our previous nasty neighbour sold to the current owner.
2/23/1995 Sold $160,000; 8/24/1999 Sold $169,500+5.9%; 5/1/2007 Sold $310,000+82.9% but no 2012 sold record. the nasty neighbour wife, her fater/brother was/is (2012 after that not sure) another city mayor. we knew 1997-20013(we moved out) 3 owners. 1st was good neighbour who lost job then sold to nasty neighbour then 2nd nasty neighbour also no job sold his house in late 2012 their nearby 2nd house added other owner name in also sold in 10/18/2013.

our tax history showed 2021 $6,515 -2.9% 2011 $5,327 -6%
Tax assessment 2014 $80,120 -0.2% 2013 $80,320 -3.8% 2012 $83,450 -6% 2011 $88,730 -7.4% 2010 $95,840 -2.4%
which same as i made copy dated on 1/1/2023 that only showed 2000-2020 those i made copy earlier years all auto deleted by malicious app.

ps i also found the copy file (from different website)dated on 10/3/2021 neighbour Building Area: 1080 same as us not 1,674 sqft and another website i made copy on 1/1/2023 showed Last Sold Price (Jul 2012) $290 K. note: i did see the current couple came to visit our nasty neighbour house in 2012 once (i posted warning paper about the fence occupied our yard i did confirm with county when found the fence incorrectly the lady told me no worry cant steal our lands no matter how long) before we moved out in Mar,2013 we hardly see them until last renter moved out in oct 2021.

every now and then i made copies to make sure we are not overcharged property tax.
by comparing the same type house.
in the past whenever i made copy our house and neighbour about same until today found huge difference. isnt quite weird? i knew the nasty neighbour replaced drive way to cement type before selling, and replace kitchen ceiling and stair that he invited me to see his work (his wife begged me to give him maintainece job, we did after he repaired garage door it wont close, spouse fixed it since then we have no desire. the previous taiwan woman house owner also gave him kitchen plumbing repairing and yard work ended fighting. then before sold their house he and partner did jobs in our yard left junks including scraped sement on wood, tools left debris so we quarrelled then i refused talk to them even the wife asked her brother sent police twice talked/threaten me)
the wife was better but cant stop her spouse and partner not worked in our yard whenever we were not home.

ps Trump was accused fraud crimes, to me it happened everywhere if it is business including denntal,eyeglasses, selling...related. as loan scandal already caused diaster years ago. we did visit nearby states houses found very weird property tax charges especially the very high crime rate Gary,IN (we didnt know until found the agent had no desiring about the house we were interested to buy but suggested another area houses. a black begged for money toward us in nearby gas station spouse immediated drived away thats how we checked the crimes rate and that neighbourhood property tax information) .

my question will old house 明年房产税要暴涨 due to uknown why some houses value jump high and very likely fake ?
