Exercise is beneficial to health, I can't agree anymore.

However, I DON'T want to have tests, such as 100m, 800m,3000m...

To be frankly, whenever I find out that I have to accept the truth:

the time I spend must be longer than before along with aging,

and one day it MUST break 20s...NO!!! I DON'T want to see it!

It will drive me mad.

( On the other hands, I sure this would happen over age 25.)

Regard my reluctance, I still choosed a PE class after all.

Despite how nervous I was, it came.

The begging came with cheer!

Though it's hard to believe, it really do not need to test.

What a good news it is! Today MUST be my day.

Then, let me back to the subject.

Exercise is good to strongen our lungs and hearts, to increase confidence,

and to reduce the depression.

By the way, regularly exercise will have us easily get a responsible attitude doing everything.

This has no difficuties to justify.

When we can continue our exercise steadily, why we can't treat other matters like exercise.

Besides, when we have patient to do something, we also can easily notice the trivial.

At last, I fully recommand taking exercise daily no matter how OLD we are.
