I came to US to study my first MS in 1977.  I not only read some books about Taiwan that I could not read in that island, also read some Mao's writing which definitely could not read in old Chiang's dynasty.  Recently I have more spare time so I read Taiwanese online news such as udn.com, chinatime.com and worldjournal.com and make some comments about their news. The owners of these three newspapers are KMT members.  So I have found a very interesting things I like to share with my readers.

Whenever they put out a political articles at the beginning, there will have comments pro DPP and comments pro KMT.  These two sides comments are about equal.  But at the end of the day, you will see the pro DPP comments disappear.  And more than 90 percent are pro KMT.  Apparently the owners command their employee to delete these pro DPP comments.   Not only they manipulate the reader, they also attack the anti KMT comments.  What kind of free press is this?   By these one side presses, they will never know why KMT lost mainland China to CCP.  Because Chiang's dynasty blamed US for losing China, and did not let people know the only reason Chiang's regime survived was by US support.  And they continue to use the same method they used in China before 1949 to fool the people in Taiwan and oppress the dissidents.

I studied Mao's writings in 1978, I did not quite understand his writings back then because I was busy studying my degree.  But now , after I reviewed them I am quite amazed how talented Mao was.  His two essays "The Contraditions" and "The Practice" were works of genius.
Even the Phd of philosophy today can not produce such great works.  I start to understand why so many people worship him.  Today I found a history article in China Time and it's totally not true. So I made a comment and put the link to Mao's website to let people read my reference.  After China Time published it, then I verify the link, it will not work.  It's another press censorship to people in Taiwan.  I live in US so I can read Mao's website without any problem.  But if people in Taiwan want to  read Mao's website through China Time, they will have no chance.

I challenge this udn.com blog to make the link work, so I write this blog and put the link to Mao's website again:

Mao's Website

I will verify it, after I publish this blog.

Great it works, now I want to verify how long it will work.
