食藥署：皮膚有傷口勿用護唇膏

食品藥物管理署指出，有媒體報導「止『凍』市售護唇膏成分解析」，提及應避免使用普遍卻差勁成分的唇膏，經查礦脂 (Petrolatum)、桂皮酸鹽 (Octinoate)、對羥基苯甲酸甲酯 (Methylparaben)等成分，在歐、美、日等國並未禁止使用於化粧品中。甚至，精煉石蠟也可用於食品及口服藥品中，消費者無須過度擔心。

食藥署呼籲消費者，化粧品是使用於正常健康肌膚上的產品，肌膚若有傷口，應立即停用並就醫診治。

食藥署說，化妝保養品包括一般化妝品、含藥化妝品雙軌管理，若有療效會以藥品管理，含藥化妝品上市前需審核成分濃度通過安全性規範；但一般化妝品不須查驗就可販售。
