不要怕 只要信 

不要害怕所面對的困難 現在的遭遇 不要看到眼前的難處 這些都是短暫的 都將過去

只要相信我是愛你的  我會把最好的給你 軟弱時專心依靠 你的心更靠近我 我會給你安慰 

你要知道世上的勞苦愁煩轉眼過去 為了讓自己更完全 安靜在我裏面 我會給你力量 

你要相信我  靠我可以勝過 在世界上所受的 不要害怕 我跟你同在 

若與將來榮耀的冠冕相比 今生所受的苦 就不值得一提 

我願你們知道 “美好”的仗你已經打過 你已經勝過這世界 勝過撒旦 如此配得將來的獎賞 那榮耀的冠冕

主耶穌安慰正在受苦的朋友們,無論是處於病痛中,或面臨工作,家庭遇到挫折,心裡憂傷難過者,趕緊來認識這位又真又活的 神,祂是大有能力,無所不知,無所不能的 神,祂是大有憐憫慈愛的 神,可以帶給你人生的盼望,得著新的人生;若已經認識祂的,你要相信,祂是愛你的,祂會陪伴你走過低谷,到達泉源之地,黑夜總會過去,黎明破曉之時,是新的開始,求主賜與我們力量跟勇氣去面對困境,戰勝黑暗,得著從祂而來新的生命
