同名歌曲為首支主打
是首節奏明快　旋律討好　仍帶有迪斯可樂風的Dance-Pop
在奧莉薇雅細緻嗓音的詮釋下
奪得美國Billboard流行榜十週冠軍　大賣兩百多萬張
並且成為１９８２年的年終冠軍曲
此曲還在舞曲榜得到＃２２　黑人榜＃２８

會如此成功的因素除了歌曲動聽與奧莉維亞的高人氣外

１９７０年代末期　８０年代初期　美國剛掀起健身風潮
搭上這股熱潮

帶領一群想變成健美猛男的肥胖歐吉桑做韻律操跟運動
