此時她在美國事業已走下坡　專輯銷售不佳　只升到Billboard大碟榜＃１０２, 連歌迷基礎地──　R&B榜也只拿到＃６６

幸好［When You Tell Me That You Love Me］等單曲在英國等地熱門　讓專輯在國際地區有不錯成績（英國－白金, 日本－金唱片）

１９９２年５月　蘿絲在歐洲發行大碟標題曲〔The Force Behind The Power〕為第三主打（加專輯發行前推出之兩首單曲, 則為第五主打）

此曲由老友史提夫汪達（Stevie Wonder）譜寫製作  是首New Jack Swing風格的R&B歌曲　中板funk節拍明快有力

此曲登上英國榜＃２７　德國榜＃８２　繼續讓專輯在英倫持續銷售

雖然個人有蒐集這張大碟　但對〔The Force Behind The Power〕卻沒啥印象

直到這一兩年才發現是首動聽的歌曲
