終於推出睽違四年的第三張個人大碟〔Head Over Heel／全力以赴〕

可惜成績不如預期　專輯只拿到美國榜＃１８　賣到金唱片（５０萬張）

對前兩張大碟分別賣出７００萬與３００萬的寶拉來說可是一大失敗
 

首支主打〔My Love Is For Real〕 登上美國流行榜得到＃２８

第二單曲［Crazy Cool］只拿到美國流行榜＃５８

１９９６年初  寶拉推出第三也是最後一首單曲［Ain’t Gonna Give You Up／不會拋棄你］

此曲由Bryan Abrams, Elliot Wolff, Howie Tee, Kevin Thornton, Mark Calderon, Sam Watters譜寫

Elliot Wolff將其製作成一首R&B／放克舞曲, 洋溢復古風情

MV中, 阿巴杜與一群男女勁舞

只是此時寶拉聲勢下滑　並沒得到電台支持　導致沒有打入美國單曲榜（只拿到榜外的＃１１２）

國際表現也乏善可陳：加拿大＃３２　澳洲＃１１０

在［Ain’t Gonna Give You Up］後, 隔了十二年, 寶拉才再發行新單曲

在〔Head Over Heel／全力以赴〕以後, 阿巴杜便沒再出版過個人專輯
