［Million Dollar Bill］由後進黑人歌姬艾莉西亞凱斯（Alicia Keys）主要譜寫, 製作人Swizz Beatz也參與部份創作

據聞惠妮在某年唱片界巨人Clive Davis的派對看到艾莉西亞的表演, 當時後者的［No One］剛好發行當紅, 惠妮也喜歡此曲

於是便上前詢問對方能否為其製作歌曲, 凱斯一直視休斯頓為偶像, 欣然答應

而Swizz Beatz接到Clive Davis與執行製作Larry Jackson, 邀其與惠妮合作, 在他創作出老式的R&B節拍後, 艾莉西亞加入，兩人完成了［Million Dollar Bill］
