歸鄉保任

山中掛單滿五月

法緣殊勝終須別

拜別師尊淚滿襟

師囑歸鄉常保任

閉關出關同一關

自守靈台如結界

重返塵囂動中靜

猶如山居靜中動

動靜不亂微細處

願學甚深不可說

頂禮十方善知識

棒喝香板皆吾師

滌塵修懺為消業

遣除違緣無少餘

緊要關頭有明師

行住坐臥常點提

日用生活處處禪

時時精進做主人

背塵合覺本兜心

喜吹竹葉牧牛歸

~ 謹以此次閉關精進靜修一切功德 ~

~ 回向所有關心鼓勵小弟之大德善知識及良師益友們 ~

~ 同發大菩提心常樂我淨永不退轉 ~

"The ideal man is he who, in the midst of the greatest silence and solitude finds the intensest activity, and in the midst of the intensest activity finds the silence and solitude of the desert. He has learned the secret of restraint, he has controlled himself. He goes through the streets of a big city with all its traffic, and his mind is as calm as he were in a cave, where not a sound could reach him; and he is intensely working all the time. That is the ideal of Karma-Yoga, and if you have attained to that you have really learned the secret of work."

Yes,
psychological research has highlighted why tranquillity
is important. Being in a tranquil place like cave where
allows people to relax, to escape from the stresses and
strains of everyday life and to “recharge their batteries".
it requires certain practice to do the same in a noisy big city
environment.
