1. 尋牛

忙忙撥草去追尋，
水闊山遙路更深。
力盡神疲無處覓，
但聞楓樹晚蟬吟。

To poke the vast grove and keep searching,
as strolling further into it,

River widened and mountain path becomes afar.

Nowhere can be searched for
even though was extremely tired and exhausted already.

Only things left noticeable, however,
are those shaking noise of maple trees and
the chirring of cicadas in the evening.
